About ATL Pest Control Pros
This site is an advertising and referral service for termite and pest work in Atlanta. We are not a pest control company, we hold no pest control licence, and we say it on the first line because you are about to let someone into your crawlspace.

How it works
You call the number on this site or send a request. It reaches us, and we pass it to one independent pest control company that works in your part of the metro and holds a Georgia Department of Agriculture licence. They inspect, quote, treat and write the contract. Your agreement is with them. There is no charge to you for the introduction, and we do not add anything to their price.
Why a termite-first site
Most pest advice online is written for the whole country and treats termites as one item on a list. In Atlanta they are the item. The houses are wood over clay under a dense canopy, the native subterranean termite is everywhere in the soil, and Georgia has its own contract rules and its own termite letter for home sales. The guides here are written around those rules and around the houses people actually own here, from Victorian cottages on piers to new builds on slabs.
What we will and will not tell you
Where the honest answer is that one big roach a month is normal for a leafy street, or that a swarm is a reason to book an inspection rather than panic, that is what these pages say. We do not tell you which company is best, because we have not inspected their work, and we do not quote prices, because only someone who has been under the house can.
What this site does not have
No testimonials, star ratings, licence numbers or years in business. We have not treated anything, so we have no reviews of our own, and publishing someone else's would be borrowing a track record. Judge the site on whether the advice is accurate and useful, and judge the company on its licence, its contract and its references.
Licensing, and how to check it
Pest control in Georgia is licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture under rules set by the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission. Every company needs a company licence, each category of work needs a certified operator, and employees who treat or sell must be registered. Termite letters can only be issued by an operator certified in wood-destroying organisms. The company you speak to should hold all of it. Check it on the state's lookup at kellysolutions.com/ga/structural or by phoning the department, and ask to see the business licence; Georgia requires a company to show it on request.
Questions people actually ask
How do you make money if the introduction is free?
The pest control company that receives the enquiry pays us for it. You pay them for the work at whatever you agree, and nothing you pay goes to us.
Will five exterminators call me?
No. Your details go to one company, not a list. If they cannot help, they should say so rather than pass you on.
What if the treatment does not work?
Your contract is with the company, so take it up with them first. If that fails, the Georgia Department of Agriculture accepts inspection requests about termite treatments. Tell us too; the arrangement only works if the company is good.
Why should I trust a site with no reviews?
You should not trust it blindly. Use it for the advice, check the licence yourself on the state lookup, read the contract, and ask the company for references from houses like yours.
