ATL Pest Control Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.
We are not a pest control company
We do not inspect, treat, bait, fumigate or issue termite letters. We hold no licence from the Georgia Department of Agriculture and make no claim to one. Every service described on this site is provided by an independent pest control company with which we have a referral arrangement, and that company is responsible for its own licensing, certified operators and insurance.
What happens when you call or send a request
The phone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to the pest control company. Calls may be recorded; an announcement plays before the call connects, so you can hang up or use the form instead. Florida, where this site is operated from, requires the consent of everyone on a call to record it, and the announcement is how that consent is given. Form submissions are stored by us and passed to the company.
How we are paid
The pest control company pays us for the introduction, either as a fixed monthly fee for enquiries from this site or per enquiry. You are never charged by us. What you pay for inspections, treatment or contracts is between you and the company; we do not mark it up and take no share.
What we do with your details
Your name, phone number and the description you give are passed to the company so it can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries so we can tell whether the site works. We do not sell your details and do not send them to several companies to bid against each other.
Reviews, ratings and credentials
There are none on this site, deliberately. The site has no review history of its own, and publishing testimonials we did not collect, or licence numbers that are not ours, would mislead you. Check any company's licence yourself on the Georgia Department of Agriculture lookup.
Accuracy
The guides are general information about pests and Georgia's termite rules, not legal advice about your contract or your sale. Rules, products and prices change. Confirm anything that matters with the pest control company, your agent or attorney, or the Georgia Department of Agriculture before relying on it.
